Coastal modern kitchen with Laminex cabinetry and Dekton benchtops, overlooking Rangitoto.

CASTOR BAY, AUCKLAND

This recently completed kitchen renovation showcases a thoughtful blend of coastal calm and modern sophistication. Designed, manufactured, and installed by the Fluid Interiors team, the project was brought to life in collaboration with Interior Designer Cathryn Davey of re-vision.space.

The layout was shaped around the client’s unique vision, while the material palette, creates a serene and refined atmosphere. The result is a light-filled kitchen that maximises the stunning water views toward Rangitoto. Natural textures, soft tones, and clean detailing combine with clever functionality — including mitred benchtops and a waterfall end — to deliver a space that is as practical as it is beautiful.

This renovation was a true labour of love, guided by curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making.
